Forged in the heart of Mount Pelée by Hephaestus himself for a wager with Poseidon, the Magma Core was no ordinary golf ball. When Apollo, known for his booming drives, teed off, the Magma Core soared, leaving a fiery contrail. They say the resulting 'birdie' nearly set the River Styx ablaze, forcing Hades to intervene and declare the match a draw, forever banning the Magma Core from mortal and immortal play alike.
